The first strategic target :

Keep the unity of the action  programming, executed ,and follow up the humanitarian programs and projects established by The Libyan people to improve  social ,health, and humanitarian conditions to the disaster s victims and the most vulnerable unit.

The second strategic target:

to achieve the national interest of  Libya under the directions of the society obligations and documents which Libya part of it.

The third strategic target:

To work for concerted efforts and resources of official ,private ,and individual In the context of contribution to ensure effective and influential presence and enhance the credibility of partnership The vital role played by the public at the regional level And international levels.

The fourth strategic target:

To document the work Libya assistances within the documents and reports issued by the International Strategy at the regional or international level.
